By creating an account or using Sharix in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including free tier and paid subscribers.

Sharix is a decision intelligence platform. It provides structured analytical frameworks, diagnostic interrogation, and AI-assisted strategic perspectives designed to sharpen professional thinking and surface analytical blind spots. Sharix is not a consulting service, legal advisor, financial advisor, or medical advisor. Nothing generated by Sharix constitutes professional advice of any kind, in any domain.

Sharix generates structured analytical frameworks, diagnostic questions, and strategic perspectives based on information you provide. All outputs — including Movement analyses, framework applications, failure mode assessments, and decision postures — are recommendations and intellectual prompts, not directives. They are designed to sharpen your thinking, surface blind spots, and expand your analytical perspective. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

The quality and completeness of Sharix outputs depends entirely on the accuracy and depth of information you submit. Sharix has no visibility into information you do not provide, and its analysis is bounded by what you choose to share.

You retain full and sole responsibility for any decision you make, regardless of whether Sharix analysis informed, influenced, or contributed to that decision. Nave Origyn LLC accepts no liability for outcomes — financial, organizational, professional, legal, or otherwise — arising from decisions made using Sharix outputs, in whole or in part, whether those outcomes are direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental.

By using Sharix, you acknowledge that you are a capable professional exercising independent judgment, and that no AI-generated analysis replaces that judgment.

You agree not to use Sharix to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or that violates the rights of any third party. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract Sharix's analytical frameworks, prompts, or proprietary methodology. Accounts found in violation of these terms may be suspended or terminated without notice.

The Sharix platform, including its five-Movement analytical architecture, decision classification system, diagnostic sequencing methodology, and all associated interface design, is the intellectual property of Nave Origyn LLC. You retain ownership of the decision content you submit. You do not acquire any ownership rights over the analytical frameworks or outputs generated by the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nave Origyn LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Sharix. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account.

We collect the information you provide directly: your first name, last name, and email address at registration. We collect the decision intake content you submit — including titles, questions, context, constraints, and all other fields you complete. We collect your diagnostic responses and the AI-generated analysis associated with each decision session. We collect standard usage data including session timestamps and plan status.

Your account and decision data is stored on Supabase Pro, a SOC 2 compliant cloud database infrastructure. All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and protected in transit via TLS. The platform operates with daily automated backups and point-in-time recovery capability. Data is stored on servers in the United States. We do not store payment information — all billing is handled directly by Stripe, which maintains its own security and compliance standards.

Decision intake content and diagnostic responses you submit are transmitted to Anthropic's Claude API for the purpose of generating analytical output. This transmission occurs server-side through a secured proxy. Your data is not stored by Anthropic beyond the scope of a single API request. We do not use your submissions to train AI models. For Anthropic's data handling practices, refer to Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com.

We use your data solely to provide and improve the Sharix service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or decision content with any third party for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes. We do not display advertising. Sharix is a paid product — your data is not the product.

Your decision data is retained for as long as your account is active, so that you may access your decision history at any time. You may request deletion of your personal data and decision history at any time by submitting a written request to support@sharix.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include the email address associated with your account.

All verified deletion requests will be processed within 30 days of confirmation. You will receive written confirmation once deletion is complete.

If your circumstances require expedited processing, you may submit a support request to support@sharix.ai with the subject line "Expedited Deletion Request" and a brief explanation of the urgency. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate time-sensitive requests, though expedited processing cannot be guaranteed in all cases.

Please note that certain records may be retained for a limited period where required by applicable law or legitimate business necessity, including billing records retained for tax and accounting purposes. Such records are held securely and are not used for any other purpose.

Sharix uses essential session cookies required for authentication and platform functionality. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. You cannot opt out of essential session cookies without losing the ability to use the platform.

The language generation within Sharix outputs is produced with the assistance of Claude, a large language model developed by Anthropic. Claude functions as the prose engine within Sharix's analytical structure — it does not determine the framework applied, the diagnostic question asked, or the analytical lens through which your decision is examined. Those are functions of Sharix's proprietary methodology.

As with all AI-assisted tools, outputs may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or analytical perspectives that do not fully account for contextual nuance not present in your submission. The depth and precision of Sharix analysis is directly proportional to the depth and precision of what you provide. Vague inputs produce vague outputs. Honest, detailed submissions produce analysis calibrated to your actual situation.

Sharix outputs are intended to augment your professional judgment — not replace it. No analytical framework, however sophisticated, substitutes for experience, contextual knowledge, and the informed judgment of a capable professional.

Nave Origyn LLC makes no representation or warranty that following, applying, or acting upon any Sharix output will produce any particular outcome. Strategic decisions involve variables, actors, and conditions that no analytical system can fully anticipate. You use this platform as a thinking instrument — the quality of what you do with the thinking remains entirely yours.

Sharix offers a free tier and three paid subscription plans: Solo, Professional, and Team. Paid plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month unless cancelled. All prices are in US dollars.

The free tier provides access to a Decision Triage — an AI-powered reading of your decision that includes classification, cognitive trap flags, a hidden signal drawn from your intake, and a pull sentence keyed to your situation. Your triage is saved permanently and accessible at any time. The free tier does not include access to the full five-Movement analysis, Framework Packs, or the ability to run additional decisions.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@sharix.ai. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods. Cancellation does not delete your account or your decision history.

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not offer partial-month refunds. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@sharix.ai within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.

You may upgrade your plan at any time — the new plan takes effect immediately and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
